Whether you're new to Pilates, returning after a break, or simply prefer a more tailored approach, we’ll guide you through a mix of Reformer and Mat exercises designed just for you.

Private sessions are also ideal if you're recovering from injury or illness, navigating pre/postnatal changes, or dealing with ongoing pain or discomfort. We specialise in customised movement and muscular rehabilitation to help you feel stronger, more mobile, and supported—every step of the way.
