REFORMER FOUNDATIONS
The perfect 50 minute class for anyone who is new to Reformer Pilates, it is a much slower paced class with more focus on learning the Pilates fundamentals. It is also fantastic for people that want to take it easy, more rehab and relaxation than our signature class. Our Reformer classes are Prenatal friendly up to 12 weeks of pregnancy then you will need to join our Pre/Post natal Friday lunchtime class.

Reformer signature
Our mixed level Signature class is a blend of classical and dynamic exercises, targeting small muscle groups and lengthening each muscle by slow and controlled movements. With a deep focus and attention on alignment, form, precision and flow. Each session will challenge you to build endurance and strength. Our Signature class is designed for all levels. This class is not suitable for prenatal clients.

PRE/POST NATAL REFORMER
Our Pre and post natal Reformer classes are an excellent way to help your body cope with the changes you’re undergoing and prepare it for the stresses to come, they are also a safe and effective way to recover from pregnancy and childbirth. It is not recommended to start a new activity during pregnancy. You’ll need to let us know about any conditions you may have that could affect your ability to exercise

Mat PILATES SCULPT
A 50 minute full-body mat class that blends classical and dynamic pilates. Using controlled movements on the mat to build core strength, promote proper posture and improve your overall stability and flexibility. Mixed level class that develops your mind to body awareness and condition all your muscles. Expect to use a variety of equipment such as resistance bands, magic circles, balls and small weights as well as utilising your body weight for an effective workout that will challenge you. The class is suitable for prenatal clients up to 12 weeks.

BARRE COMING SOON!
A dynamic, low-impact workout that fuses Pilates, ballet-inspired movements, and strength training for a full-body burn. Expect small, controlled movements, high repetitions, and isometric holds designed to sculpt long, lean muscles, improve posture, and build core strength. This class focuses on form, alignment, and mind-body connection—set to an energising playlist that keeps you moving. No dance experience needed—just come ready to feel the shake and leave stronger.

PRIVATES
f you haven’t exercised in a while, our 1-1 or duo / trio private sessions give you the opportunity to work with an expert in Pilates at your own pace and level to become familiar with Pilates and comfortable with the exercises and techniques. We will use a mix of the Reformer / mat exercises to suit your needs and goals. If you’re recovering from injury or illness, are pre/post natal or struggling with any pain or niggle, our 1-1 sessions are perfect so we can tailor the exercises for the best muscular and musculoskeletal rehabilitation.
